Director & Personal Trainer

Kris Mount

Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach · Coaching since 2008
Kris founded LIFT to be the opposite of the big-box gym: calm, private and personal. With over 17 years of coaching behind him, he helps busy professionals and parents build strength, balance and longevity, one consistent step at a time.

Kris founded LIFT Inner West and has been coaching since 2008, working with everyone from professional athletes to people picking up a barbell for the first time. Over that time he has become a firm believer that every effort counts, and that the small, consistent wins are the ones worth celebrating.

As a father of three running a growing business, Kris knows exactly how hard it can be to carve out time for your own health. That experience shapes how he coaches: practical, empathetic and built around real life, not an idealised version of it.

His philosophy is simple: mindset, movement, motivation. Align your mindset, keep taking consistent action, and motivation follows. Kris coaches for strength, longevity, mobility, balance, agility and running.
