Where exercise physiology fits in your NDIS plan

For most participants, exercise physiology sits in the Capacity Building budget — usually under Improved Health & Wellbeing, which covers physical wellbeing and exercise physiology, or Improved Daily Living, where movement builds the everyday function and independence written into your plan. Whether it's funded, and from which budget, depends on your individual plan and goals.

Like any NDIS support, exercise physiology needs to be reasonable and necessary — clearly linked to your disability and the goals in your plan. Because Lift isn't a registered NDIS provider, we work with plan-managed and self-managed participants; if your plan is NDIA-managed, you'll need a registered provider. Sessions are charged in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and we're glad to provide invoices and progress notes for plan reviews.

Built for the people around the plan

Whether you're a support worker, a coordinator or provider, or a family managing a plan yourselves — we make exercise physiology easy to access, and easy to trust.
Support workers

Bring your participant along, or train alongside them. We'll show you how to support their program safely between sessions, so everyone's moving in the same direction.
