Small group classes, run by Exercise Physiologists

Train with others, without giving up the individual attention. Our EP classes are capped at six people, supervised by an accredited Exercise Physiologist, and every person in the room follows their own personalised program.

Our EP classes

Each class is built around a specific goal and a specific group of people. You'll need a quick chat with our EP team first to confirm the class is the right fit, then an initial assessment so your program is ready before your first session.

How our classes work

A class at LIFT is not a generic workout with a room full of strangers. It's a small group of people with similar goals, each working through a program an Exercise Physiologist has written for them, with that EP in the room the whole time.

Classes are capped at six people and run for one hour, and may be claimable under some private health funds. Your initial consultation and reassessment appointments are charged at our standard EP rates, and Medicare rebates through a Chronic Condition Management Plan (CCMP) from your GP apply to those appointments only. Speak to our EP team to see which class suits you, and we'll organise an initial assessment before you start.
