Safe, targeted bones and balance training in a supportive small group

A group session supervised by an Exercise Physiologist, for people who want stronger bones, steadier balance and more confidence in everyday life. Up to six people, one hour, and a program written for you rather than for the room.

Book consult

One hour. Six people. Your own program.

Bones & Balance is a one hour EP group session where you can train and connect with others working towards similar goals. Each person follows their own personalised program, with guidance and progressions from an Exercise Physiologist to help build confidence and independence.

Who runs it

Supervised by an Exercise Physiologist

Every session is run by an ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist. The loading, the balance work and the progressions are clinically informed, and adjusted to how you are feeling on the day.

The format

Small groups, one hour session

Capped at six people so nobody gets lost in the crowd. You train alongside others working on similar goals, with enough attention on you to keep every movement safe and effective.

Your program

Personalised plan just for you

Before you join, your EP assesses where you are at and writes a program built around your bones, your balance and your history. In the session you follow that program, not a generic class plan.

Cost & rebates

$85 per session. No contracts.

Classes are $85 each with no lock-in contracts, and may be claimable under some private health funds. Our team can walk you through what you're eligible for.

Your initial consultation and reassessment appointments are charged at our standard EP rates, and Medicare rebates through a Chronic Condition Management Plan (CCMP) apply to those appointments only, not to the classes.

Who it's for, and how to qualify

Bones & Balance suits people managing osteoporosis or osteopenia, anyone who has had a fall or feels less steady than they used to, and older adults who want to stay strong and independent for the long run.

Because every person in the room is on a personalised EP program, we start with a quick conversation to make sure the group format is the right fit. If you have a Chronic Condition Management Plan from your GP, bring it along and we'll sort the Medicare side for your initial consultation. Speak to our EP team to see if you qualify, and we'll book an initial assessment before your first session.
